Activate Card and Pin
To start using your LYOPAY Pro card, you'll need to activate it and set up your PIN. Follow these steps:
Activating your card:
- 1.Log in to your LYOPAY Pro account.
- 2.On the Dashboard, under Quick Links, click on the card design that you've ordered. Alternatively, select 'Cards' from the menu and click on the card.
- 3.On the top menu of the card, click "Activate." Enter the card's last 4 digits and click "Verify." Then, enter your password and click "Confirm." You should see a message that says "Card activated successfully."
Setting up your PIN:
- 1.Click on your card design again, either under Quick Links or from the 'Cards' menu.
- 2.On the top menu of the card, click "PIN." Enter your password and click "Submit." Your PIN will be displayed on the screen.
Remember that you can see your PIN again anytime by repeating these steps.
